Oz-Pom.com is a cross-cultural project run by Yorkshire Moors Viv and Brisbane Suburbs Jen.
After meeting on the forum of www.shaunmicallef.com, Jen and Viv started asking questions about each other's countries and decided that a website was needed to bring the countries closer together (if only so we could understand the Micallef Programme/Dead Ringers a little better).
What resulted was the painfully arduous process of putting together a website to explain the thousands of differences between our cultures.
After months of mucking around and hours of internet chats that resulted in little more than excess coffee consumption and arguments about what a wombat looked like, Oz-Pom.com was finally born.
