AUSTRALIAN LANGUAGE

Bugger - An acceptable word which everyone knows means something rude. Often used as an exclaimation as in "Bugger, my Kelpie just got bitten by a taipan" or "Bugger off". Several years ago it was used in a car add in which the characters all said the word after something impossible and disasterous occured as a result of the very powerful car that was being advertised. Arguments broke out in the community over whether this ad was suitable to show during prime time viewing because of the languaged used, and the final verdict was "yes!", as a result, everyone says it now and foreigners get quite offended.

Dack - To 'dack' someone is to pull their pants down and expose their underwear or underbits, depending on how hard the outer garments are tugged down. Dacking is not funny unless you're the person who is doing the dacking, and the dacker will soon have their lights punched out.

Ostrayan - Is how to phonetically pronounce "Australia". But only if you live in Australia. Other varients are "Strayn" and "Strine". The way one pronounces the word depends on where you grew up and which social class you come from. Although we're mostly too lazy to open our mouths and say all the syllables.
